MediaTek Helio G95 Specifications and Features
MediaTek announced the launch of a new generation of gaming-oriented chip MediaTek Helio G95, an upgraded version of the Helio G90T. Specifications, this chip-specific process was not announced, should still be 12nm process to build, CPU part by dual-core Cortex-A76 (2.05GHz) and Hexa-core Cortex-A55, GPU integrated Mali-G76 MC4, frequency 900MHz.

Officially, compared to the G90T, the Helio G95 offers a 5 percent increase in CPU performance; the GPU performance is 8 percent higher. The Helio G95 is a 4G chip with support for 4G carrier aggregation, Cat-12DL/Cat-13UL, LPDDR4x memory + up to UFS 2.1 flash, as well as 2520×1080 resolution and 90Hz refresh rate.
It also supports the AI super-resolution display, which can complete video quality conversion from 360P to 720p HD resolution in real-time. As a gaming chip, it naturally supports MediaTek’s HyperEngine gaming technology with the intelligent prediction of Wi-Fi and LTE, dynamic management of CPU, GPU, and memory.
In terms of ISP, it supports multi-lens, such as 64-megapixel 4-in-1 technology CMOS, 4K 30FPS video codec, etc., as well as AI camera enhancements with integrated APU.
MediaTek continues to enhance its G-series gaming chips to deliver powerful performance, and the MediaTek Helio G95 is our most powerful gaming chip to date, said Yenchi Lee, vice president of MediaTek’s wireless communications business unit. It is believed that the Helio G95 has been shipped in bulk and smartphones with the chip will be unveiled in September.
