Ni Fei, president of ZTE’s Terminal Division, warmed up the ZTE AXON 20 5G 360-degree antenna. Ni Fei said that the ZTE AXON 20 5G is not only the world’s first off-screen camera phone but also 5G communication technology is still strong. As a communications company, we want to bring the strongest, fastest, and most stable 5G signals to users.
Specifically, the ZTE AXON 20 5G is equipped with up to 12 antennas, 3-4 more than those of friendly products. The antennas are arranged around the phone in a 360-degree wrap-around design, so that they can be sent and received appropriately, each doing its job. Whether it’s a horizontal screen grip or a vertical screen grip, it’s perfect for avoiding hand obstruction.
The ZTE AXON 20 5G also adopts the industry’s most advanced PDS antenna technology, with its nano-silver paste antenna material, which is disassembled, printed, and baked through a series of high-precision and difficult processes.
The antenna is far away from the phone motherboard and internal components, reducing the influence of internal metal parts on the antenna. Compared to the commonly used FPC antenna process, the antenna performance is improved by 50% in the same size as the phone.
In terms of specifications, the ZTE AXON 20 5G features a 6.92-inch OLED full screen, up to 12GB of RAM + 256GB of storage, 32-megapixel front, and 64-megapixel AI quad-camera at the rear, and a 4120mAh battery. The device will be officially released on September 1.
