Huawei will release its Mate series of new machines in September, confirmed to be equipped with Kirin 9000 series chips, due to the U.S. ban restrictions, which may become the last Kirin high-end SoC.

This afternoon, Huawei Mate series three models officially entered the network of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, including the Mate 40 standard version codenamed Ocean, model OCE-AN00; Mate 40 Pro codenamed Noah, model NOH-AN00; Mate 40 Pro+ model is NOP-AN00.

All three new models support NSA/SA dual-mode 5G networking and run Android, which is expected to be the latest version of EMUI 11 and EMUI 10.

According to the latest scoop, the Huawei Mate 40 series has a dual-curved screen form factor (90Hz refresh rate), with the Pro version having a larger curvature and close to a waterfall screen design, as well as a double cutout in the top left corner of the screen.
