ZTE Axon A20 5G Rendering
ZTE has announced that it will launch the AXON A20 5G, the world’s first mass-produced under-screen camera smartphone, on September 1. This morning, Ni Fei, president of ZTE’s Terminal Division, released a front view of the ZTE AXON 20 5G on Weibo, which shows the front camera is almost completely invisible in the bright screen state.
In the meantime, Weibo blogger has revealed a ZTE Axon A20 5G rendering of the device. The front camera is located below the screen, so the front of the ZTE A20 5G achieves a full-screen visual effect without holes or bangs, and the back of the device is equipped with a rear quad-camera on the top left corner.
The new ZTE device, previously model number ZTE A2121, was licensed to the network and judging by the document photo, it corresponds to the ZTE AXON 20 5G, with a rectangular camera layout on the back and a quad-camera inside.
The core configuration features a 6.92-inch OLED full screen with a resolution of 2460×1080, an octa-core SoC (details unknown), up to 12GB RAM + 256GB ROM, and a 4120mAh battery.
As for the camera, the new camera comes with a 64-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel quad-camera on the rear and a 32-megapixel selfie shooter on the front.
