Samsung Galaxy Book Flex 5G
Samsung introduced the Galaxy Note 20 series, Galaxy Tab S7 series, Galaxy Watch 3, and Galaxy Buds Live at the Galaxy Unpacked event earlier this week. It even previewed the Galaxy Z Fold 2, which could be available in October. Around the same time, Samsung may also unveil the Samsung Galaxy Book Flex 5G at SDC (Samsung Developer Conference) in 2020.

The initial Galaxy Book Flex and Galaxy Book Ion debuted in October 2019 and were the world’s first laptops with QLED displays. The company later unveiled another model in the series called the Galaxy Book Flex (Alpha) at the 2020 International Consumer Electronics Show.
Recently, Samsung filed a trademark application spotted by LetsGoDigital published on EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) for the trademark “Samsung Book Flex 5G”. It suggests that the company may be launching a 5G version of the Galaxy Book Flex on its first anniversary.

The trademark has filed by a company called Abril Abogados on behalf of Samsung; Furthermore, although the trademark does not include the word “Galaxy” the product will indeed be called the “Samsung Galaxy Book Flex 5G”.
Of course, this isn’t the world’s first 5G laptop; that title belongs to the Lenovo Flex 5G with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx.
