Huawei Mate 40 Pro Tempered Film
According to the available information, the front design of the Huawei Mate 40 Pro has surfaced, which is expected to feature a dual-curved screen with a double cutout pattern.

The Huawei Mate 40 series is bound to be a presence not to be overlooked among the mainstream flagships that have made the world wait for the second half of the year, including but not limited to processor model and performance, form factor design, and camera performance.
This evening, the blogger 8090生活数码 (as known on Weibo) has released a photo of the so-called film that corresponds to the Huawei Mate 40 Pro tempered film.

As you can see, the Mate 40 Pro still uses a curved waterfall screen, but in the comments, some users believe that it looks like the curvature is slightly lower than the Mate 30 Pro.
This week it was revealed that the Mate 40 Pro’s screen ditches the original bangs in favor of a double punch-hole screen (top left corner) that increases the effective display space on the screen while being more technically challenging, similar to the current P40 Pro.
A few days ago, according to media reports, Huawei Mate 40 Pro’s screen panel will come from BOE, Samsung and LG, to ensure sufficient capacity. Many of today’s models are supplied by multiple vendors, especially for mass production.
However, different manufacturers tune the screen quality differently, and some indicators such as color temperature deviations will occur, which will inevitably cause users to struggle.
There is also news that the Mate 40 will be exclusive supply by the BOE, all using On-Cell OLED panel, built-in touch sensor, reducing the thickness of the body. The news, however, does not indicate whether it will be the standard or Pro model specifically.
Another leak claims that the series may use a dual-processor solution similar to Samsung, with its Chinese line powered by the Kirin 1020 and the overseas version powered by a third-party processor.
The Mate 40 series is currently ramping up critical debugging and manufacturing and will feature significant upgrades in several areas, including product performance, 5G capabilities, system optimization, ID design, and more, all with unique features.
Of course, looks are only one side of the story, there are very many more points on the Mate 40 Pro, such as the architectural details of the new-generation Kirin, performance increases, fast-charging power, battery capacity, the way the back cameras are arranged and device combinations, EMUI 11 system and other new technologies that Huawei has developed and debuted on its own.
