Today Redmi launched Redmi Note 9 in India with MediaTek G85 processor and large 5020mAh battery, price starting from ₹11,999. Redmi Note 9 will be available for purchase on 24th July at noon through the official website, Amazon, and retail outlets.

Redmi Note 9 uses a 6.53-inch FHD+ display with a punch hole for a 13-megapixel selfie camera in the upper left corner. It runs MediaTek Helio G85 octa-core chipset (2xA75+6xA55, 12nm, Mali-G52 MC2), with up to 6GB of memory and 128GB of storage space.
Redmi Note 9 will be available in three color options, Aqua Green, Pebble Grey, and Arctic White. The body measurements are 162.3 x 77.2 x 8.9mm and weight is 199 grams.
Similar to Redmi Note 9 Pro, Redmi Note 9 has four rear cameras, using a 48-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
The phone has a built-in 5,020mAh large battery that supports 22.5W fast charging and 9W reverse charging. The phone also provides a USB Type-C interface and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and supports infrared remote control. On the system side, Redmi Note 9 runs MIUI 11 based on Android 10.
