Redmi K30 Ultra
Recent rumors have been circulating that Redmi is working on a new K30 series model, named K30 Ultra, which is positioned as the extra-large cup model of the series.
This morning, Redmi general manager Lu Weibing took to Weibo to reveal a picture of Redmi’s new phone, and some netizens speculated that it might be Redmi K30 Ultra or Redmi 9A. now that we’ve got it, it means it’s in mass production and is close to release not far off.
The Ultra will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 1000+ chip, built on a 7nm process and powered by ARM’s flagship Cortex A77+Mali-G77 architecture design, octa-core CPU clocked at up to 2.6GHz.
As for the form factor, the device will likely continue to use the pop-up full-screen design, after Lei Jun repeatedly boasted on Weibo about the K30 Pro’s true full-screen design, meaning obvious.
