Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Watch smartwatch will have a physical bezel, sources said, according to Samsung Mobile. We’ll call it the Samsung Galaxy Watch 2 for now.

Last year, Samsung released two smartwatches in eight months – the Galaxy Watch Active and the Galaxy Watch Active 2 – and neither of them had physical bezels. Samsung did introduce a virtual touch bezel in the Galaxy Watch Active 2, a feature that does software functions well, but nothing beats the feel and convenience of a real physical bezel, and now that vision could become a reality.

Galaxy Watch will feature a 45mm size dial, which falls between the Galaxy Watch Active 2 (44mm) and the larger Galaxy Watch model (46mm), according to US FCC certification. It’s also been revealed that Samsung will also release a new watch in titanium, a model that could cost a lot more than the aluminum and stainless steel models.

The next generation Galaxy Watch smartwatch is expected to launch in August, along with the Galaxy Note 20 series, Galaxy Fold 2, and Galaxy Tab S7/S7+.
