Black Shark 3 Cooling Technology
- Black Shark once again broke the tradition and creatively designed the central axis plate plus left-right symmetrical dual battery architecture solution. On a narrow strip-shaped circuit board with a length of 116 mm, the heating elements are dispersedly arranged to avoid heat sources from being superimposed. In particular, the AP and 5G Modem are placed on the upper and lower sides of the motherboard, with a distance of 39mm, which is unimaginable in the traditional half-board and stacked board architecture.
- This is not enough. In order to quickly dissipate the heat from the motherboard, Black Shark customized two liquid-cooled units with a length of nearly 100mm for this narrow strip circuit board. The circuit board is tightly connected by directly touching the heat source. Wrapped up, it looks like a sandwich, so that the circuit board and the liquid cooling unit are integrated into one, supplemented by a large area of graphite on both sides.
- This architecture, device layout, and three-dimensional liquid-cooled heat dissipation system have increased the heat dissipation area of the entire machine’s key heat source by 100% and the heat dissipation capacity by 50%, so that mobile phones no longer cause game freezes due to CPU overheating, especially in the hands When held horizontally, the temperature in the grip area is significantly reduced.
Black Shark 3 is scheduled to be released online at 19:30 on March 3. This will be the first 5G gaming phone.
