In terms of performance, from the running score screenshots obtained by Tutu, this SoC has scored more than 511,363 points under the Antutu V8 version. In terms of sub-scores, the CPU has exceeded 161,266 points and the GPU has exceeded 196,097 points. Both the Dragon 855 Plus and Kirin 990 5G have better performance.

Combined with previous news, this SoC is based on the 7nm FinFET process, uses the latest ARM Cortex A77 architecture, and integrates Mali-G77 GPU, which is the industry’s first A77 + G77 architecture design.

And it integrates the 5G modem Helio M70, its downlink speed reaches 4.7Gbps, uplink speed reaches 2.5Gbps, and is backward compatible with 4G, 3G, 2G networks.

In addition, the official announced that the MediaTek M70 SoC is equipped with a new generation of independent AI processor APU 3.0, which supports more advanced AI applications, such as image processing technology to eliminate imaging blur, and can take clear pictures when the subject is moving fast.

It is reported that MediaTek has launched a multi-mode and multi-frequency 5G modem Helio M70, and an integrated 5G system single-chip SoC has also been released recently. MediaTek’s 5G system has a single chip integrated Helio M70, with transmission specifications in the Sub-6GHz band, supports multiple modes of cellular networks from 2G to 5G, and non-independent networking (NSA) and independent networking (SA) architecture.

At the same time, it supports new air interface (NR) and global 4G LTE frequency bands, from 600MHz to 5GHz and all TDD and FDD frequency bands. MediaTek will provide the latest technology to fully support domestic 5G commercial deployments.
