According to report, some people found that AirPower appeared in the product description of Apple’s iPhone XS smart battery case in Malaysia Online Mall. Earlier Wednesday, Apple released the smart battery case for the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR.
As of now, the product description of the iPhone XS smart battery case has been modified. But before thst someone captured screen shot of description which stated “compatible with AirPower wireless charging pads and other Qi-certified chargers.” In product descriptions in the US and other countries, Apple only mentioned compatibility with Qi-certified chargers.
Apple failed to deliver on its promise to release the AirPower in 2018, but a report last weekend showed that Apple’s suppliers, Lixun Precision and Heshuo, have or will begin mass production of the product. A supply chain source said that the AirPower will be released soon.
