MediaTek Helio P90 Specifications and Comparison

Last month MediaTek teased it’s Helio P90 upcoming chip for smartphones. Today it’s official now.  Two big upgrade is 12nm process and Cortex A75 cores.

We found two Cortex A75 Cores running at 2.2Ghz and six cores of A55 clocked at 2.0Ghz. For gaming and graphics helio p90 uses Imagination Technologies’ IMG 9XM-HP8 GPU. MediaTek promises 50 more capabilities over Helio P60.

And for Artificial Intelligence MediaTek uses same APU, but at 624Ghz instead of 525Ghz previously seen Helio P70. For camera, Hello P90 support upto 25MP + 16MP Dual setup or 32MP single camera.
